My Beliefs, Values, and Principles

Your Relationship with God is FIRST.  Success starts with the most important aspect of who you are and that’s built on the foundation of a real, relevant, meaningful relationship with God and His plan and desire to have that loving relationship with you as well.

Everything I do is filtered through the Bible and scripture. 
This is why I work specifically with Christians. 

I will not beat around the bush, or try to dance around it.
I have a personal relationship with Christ, and many of the things we address will always center and revolve around these core spiritual issues.  If talking about God offends you, then there might be other programs, coaches and resources better suited for you.

† Matthew 6:33 – “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”

† Matthew 16:26 – “And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?

In Christ You’ve Been Made Whole.  You Aren’t Broken And You Don’t Need To Be Fixed.  As a Christian God has given you everything you already need to be 100% fulfilled in life.  My job is to work with you to draw out your strengths, hidden resources, and will give you an advance in knowledge and techniques to utilize your inherent gifts. 

God Is OK with you being Successful, Growing, and Developing – but you need to take responsibility for your thoughts, your decisions and your actions.  You decide what things are going to mean.  The law of sowing and reaping applies to all areas in our lives.  You can choose to have a VICTORY mindset or a VICTIM mindset today. God will always give you opportunities to grow, learn and become better.

Ephesians 3.20 – “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

How Am I Different From Others

1. I have a proven track record of success. Over the past 20 years my history is that of a successful entrepreneur, I’ve served on staff as a ministry leader in church leading praise and worship. I know the frustrations and also the great joys of being in all levels of management, developing teams, supervising employees and dealing with deadlines and the pressures of the business world.
2. I will take my experience of developing programs, processes, and building highly effective organizations and teams to help you personally get your breakthrough.
3. I will give you relevant, real world breakthrough techniques and knowledge that works, NOT unproven theories, or recycled hoopla.  What you will always get from me are the most advanced proven techniques, information and content that has been tested and produces rapid results.  You won’t find me talking about some wacky crazy new theory that hasn’t been proven.  I’ve taken the best of the best performance, coaching and training techniques – and then made sure everything we teach is aligned with the Word of God.
4. I am out of the box, on the cutting edge and will do whatever it takes to help you get your breakthrough – I might be a little outrageous at times and I am definitely not traditional, but you will quickly realize my commitment to help you move forward and get the transformation you desire in everything we produce.  I specialize in creating an environment where you will find yourself motivated and encouraged to go to that next level.
